    I’m uncertain if this question goes here or general member help (WHere is Tech Support?)

    I’m grateful beyond words NACA is in my State but Memphis is 400+ miles west of here. I see after a zoom teleconference we’ll need to communicate with our “Counselor” for intake via video conference. This will require adding some kind of video camera to one or both of our computers. We don’t know what’s compatible (or affordable)

    Please can someone advise what equipment works with your system. We have Windows 7 and Linux machines.

    Definitely use the Windows based computer. While the suggestion from @Nelsont about checking on the website for specs is very good, we now use Zoom instead of GoToMeeting, so please check on the Zoom Website.

    Typically the specs required for a webcam to work properly are listed on the box. It really shouldn’t be that hard. The odds are that the lowest price webcam on the shelf will take care of you just fine. Just read the packaging. If it says it works with Windows 7, you’ll be fine.
