Anyone have recent issues with the webfile and know how to get this corrected? I’ve contacted my office with no luck yet. I’m the “Intake” information stage and have uploaded required documents. But in the summary section, its showing that I haven’t completed certain sections when I have. I can’t even get through this stage because its showing that items aren’t “DONE”. Some other issues I’m having are:
1. The dropdown tab to upload documents are hidden so I can’t make the correct selections.
2. Unable to delete uploads when an error is made.
@chives @jay1988 My suggestion to both would be to contact member services to request an appointment while you’re figuring out the webfile issues. I find its best to call mid-day, even though you may have a 20-45 minute wait time.
Also, the system works best with Internet Explorer.
