I was qualified today, yay! I registered for “Post-Qualification” and “Purchase Workshop for Qualified Members.” I have a follow up meeting with my MC next week, but figured I would get ahead of the curve by signing up now, as opposed to waiting for my MC to advise me to do so.

That said, do I need to attend both workshops, or are they the same/similar?
For those of you who were recently qualified, what was your experience? Do I need to prepare anything before I attend?

Thank you all in advance, and congratulations/good luck in your NACA homebuying journeys.

The purchase workshop is required in order to to proceed with the housing search. Your attendance will be marked and those who attend will receive their qualification letters within a day or two after the meeting. The letter is required to work with any agent inhouse or outside. If you aren’t with naca agents will still require you you get a pre approval letter before they take you to see house this qualification letter just takes the place of the pre approval letter. If you aren’t qualified and take the webinar anyway they won’t count your attendance and you will be required to attend again once you are qualified.

The other webinar is optional and just extra information and advice.

You don’t need to bring anything though you should have everything in front of you in case you have questions. You probably won’t be able to ask specific questions but certainly general process related questions.

    Good luck!

Thank you, @Nelsont! I will attend. And I am hoping to work with a NACA agent.

Ok, I attended the Purchase Workshop for Qualified Members on Thursday and was told I’d receive my qualification documents within 24 hours of the event.

I still haven’t received anything. I’m trying to be patient, of course, as we all know one needs to be with NACA, but I’m curious if anyone else in this forum was on the Thursday call and has received their docs?

I was already matched with an in-house agent (IHA) and I would like to start my search, but can’t do much without the paperwork.
