    I am usually able to see lender conditions and the status of my file (C&I Approved, N/A, Suspended, etc). However, this afternoon all of a sudden it looks like something was changed on the webfile and it looks different and the Lender Conditions link is not there anymore. Is this happening to everybody?

    Was JUST posting….

    This just appeared (and all conditions are gone)

    The following are items are required

    New Employment 2 Years
    New Bank Account 3 Months

    I see exactly the same thing, similar glitches have happened in the past, hopefully it’s back to normal soon or hopefully they are working on an improvement

    Yes. It changed today. I just submitted my bank app last week. So I was so excited to start viewing the wheels as they turn in process. Even my closing coordinator told me I should see it and if not call the IT Dept. But my office manager said they did an update today. I also got the request for employment and bank info. Must be an all around glitch.

    Good morning everyone! Same here, I went from CTC Final to the same thing pmathewr is shows! I was like H$#L No! lol….I am suppose to close tomorrow….I want to see my CTC-Final. Maybe they are doing some new process. Is everyone else with this scheduled to closed?

    @FavorJ, after all of this you DESERVE to see CTC-Final on that screen!!

    @pmathewr thank you! I did see it, yesterday morning, now I see this other stuff. I emailed my counselor to see if I should be concerned. It probably is just an update or something. Maybe it is what people see after they close? Because we are still ‘members’ after closing. Maybe it is a new process or something….at this point, I received my scheduled close from the Attorney, so I am sticking with that. Until the listing agent calls me screaming, I’m not panicking.

    So…my CC emailed me back stating I needed to provide my updated IBR repayment plan (which wasn’t noted on the webfile). I am scheduled to close on tomorrow at 12 noon. I can not express how much disdane I am feeling right now, I really suspected this would happen. there is like absolutely NOTHING you can do to avoid the delays they throw at you. Like I have spoken several times to these people, confirming everything was on track, and out of NO WHERE, they always bring up something.

    Mind you, last week, another CC called me asking me to ‘change’ my closing date, that I would get volunteer credit, but as I stated, I took time off work to make sure I can be there, scheduled insurance, utilities,etc. So my CC said it was ok, now comes the shenannigans. I emailed my updated payment, which happens to be $114 more than the last year payment, however, I do make approx. $10K more than when I was on the other plan and began this process. I am praying I don’t loose my house and earnest money. This is a bunch of malarky…good news, my PITI is 160 less than my rent, I have more than my MRF, and income is better. So I wait.

    I am fumigating…

    I should’ve logged into the forum before I responded to what I thought were conditions. I also have the message stating I need to provide two years of employment and three months of bank account information. My employment was just verified on 9/3/18 and I have been at the same employer for 13 years. In an effort to “just give them what they need” I wrote a letter of explanation to my housing counselor stating I have been employed with the same company for 13 years. I also asked why I had to provide bank account information when I supplied proof that I have been with this bank for two years.

    I guess they put these two conditions on everyone’s webfile. I’m trying to remain positive but I do not like operating in panic mode. It’s very stressful.

    Ok, so I sent what was needed, I also asked if it was normal for the lender to give final ctc then come back with a ‘condition’ that should have been address prior to giving the final ctc. My MC did say that she wasn’t told that my close was cancelled, but had to wait to hear. So, I have been real patient and nice, I will continue to have faith and see what happens. I will say I think this is just the ‘norm’ with NACA sad to say. I have seen a lot of avoidance and deflection in my life, and this takes the case. I am a licensed real estate agent btw and I have NEVER seen a loan process like this, it is NOT the customary practice of lenders. Anyway, I am going to wait, and unless I get notification from the attorney that my close is cancelled, i am going to my close.

    @futurehomeowner15 I feel the same way. I was having a good experience until now…so my ‘condition’ wasn’t listed prior or now, but the same as every one else, but yet I have a ‘condition’ from the ‘bank’ after they gave final ctc??? I’m done. I refuse to allow these people to make me physically ill. Its like they work to cause stress to members. smh
