I am having an issue when uploading documents to my web file. Specifically check stubs, the more that I upload the previous check stubs begin to disappear. Will my counselor be able to see them or is it something else that I must do to ensure that she does. please help!!!
I have been told to login through Internet Explorer, but that has not always been successful. My MC allows me to email the documents to her when I am having difficulty as well as to my NACA email for the file.
