Our DC Office mortgage counselor Weldon “Scott” Logan was awesome. We were assigned to Scott at Credit Access and he diligently worked our file and kept it moving along. We appreciated his responsiveness, we never had to worry about if information was received, he always acknowledged receipt and kept us informed about the different parts of the process.

NACA is truly the best in America mortgage. Have patience and do whatever is in your power to keep the process moving along, it is worth it, have patience!

    Congratulations ?

Congratulations! And, thank you for the positive vibes! It really helps to hear stories like this!

The DC office was a complete mess and didn’t work out for me so I transferred my file to the Baltimore office with hopes of better service. During my first in office appointment, I received an omen when a guy was complaining that he’d been in the NACA program for 3 years and wanted to switch counselors because he was tired of dealing with attitudes.

Cut to my experiences with the DC office where I’ve had counselors who quit then a counselor who double books appointments. I got out of there ASAP! I’m glad you received a diligent counselor that was helpful along the way.
