I posted a few questions on here and this forum helped to keep me sane during the process. I just wanted to post and say I finally closed on the 27th of last month. Been moving and all that jazz so haven’t had a chance to get on here and post my experience. First I want to say I am incredibly grateful to NACA and even BOA for this program and allowing us to get in our dream home. The process can be a total nightmare but you have to remind yourself what you are getting. An incredible mortgage with unbelievable terms. Particularly want to say thank you to Dwayne Florence @ the mortgage office. He was a huge help and really helped us move our file along. Whatever he’s getting paid it isn’t enough. Also our in house realtor Tia Ligon was a real rockstar and was on top of everything asap. If anyone has any questions, feel free to message or post here I would be happy to give any insight I can. Just keep trucking along you will get there. It’s worth it!!!
Congratulations! We’re in the “close to closing crazies” ourselves and sitting still in this moment is sooooo hard, especially after hustling to get things done for so long. But I know it will be worth it. Not to be sacrilegious, but as the hymn goes, “Soon and very soon, we are going to see the [keys], Hallelujah, Hallelujah, we’re going to see the [keys]!” LOL.
