Hello all, looking for some advice or any information you can provide.
We closed on our home with NACA 10/26. Previous owners (at that time had no outstanding bills) Until now that we received a water bill for the amount of $473
I called the company, where I was told that this belonged to the previous owner. He had a bill of $800 something.. paid half and this is the second half.
What do we do?? I was told the bill doesnt follow the person, instead stays with the property. We do not know the previous owners and dont want to pay for services we did not receive.
any recommendations/info will be greatly appreciated.
