    Hi Everyone,
My girlfriend and I have been slowly working our way though the NACA program via the Baltimore office since September. After road bump after road bump we finally submitted to underwriter on January 10th…then our counselor quit. We have since been assigned a new counselor, long story short we’ve had to resubmit a few documents per the underwriters request due to our former counselor not correctly attaching everything.

The underwriter now came back requesting another condition they want us to address the homeowner ready portion in a letter. Basically it seems like they want us to address spending vs savings pattern, total deposits vs total withdrawals, increased monthly expenses & credit card usage. Has anyone heard of this type of request before, how long of a period do they want us to address for? Does anyone have a sample letter? I’ve tried searching the forum and cant find anyone else mentioning this letter.

    Hello Halpplz,

Gotta be honest here. I don’t even know what you’re talking about. I suggest you contact your counselor or the office manager and get a clarification on exactly what they want from you.
