I uploaded all necessary documents and it will not allow me to schedule an appointment. It states I need to
upload my latest tax returns and bank statements. I have already done so.
I looked on the forum for an answer and most said to change browsers. I have used internet explorer, chrome, safari, and Firefox. It is the same situation with each one. I have followed advice that others have been given when encountering this problem. Also, I think everyone should note that internet explorer is no longer supported.
What can I do to get this resolved? I have uploaded everything necessary and have tried using several different browsers. It is not a browser issue.
I’m getting the same error message saying I need latest taxes and bank statements even though I uploaded them correctly.
This is preventing me from scheduling an appt. Membership services is not answering or responding to email or phone.
If anyone can get thru or finds a way in please post it so others can benefit.
