I am NACA qualified and looking for a property. I found a property that was listed as a multi-unit, however upon reading the description it is actually two separate homes, on one lot, with one address. Sometimes these types of properties are listed as being “on one deed”. Does this still qualify as a multi-unit with NACA?
It should qualify as a two unit property. The best way to check is to find out if property taxes are assessed as one property or two separate properties. If they are taxed together rather than separately, it’s a two unit property.
