    @cstar89

    I got through. It’s a waiting game. I just told my realtor and I think he is frustrated but there’s nothing I can do. Waiting on a Clear to Close. I’ll call back Wednesday. I was initially scheduled for 12/9, initial CD had 12/10.

    I got through at about 430. Rep was super helpful, he’s sending another note to the bank…at this point I’ll just be a polite pest until the bank moves this process along.

    My agent is trying to request an extension but we’re not sure how much time the bank needs. I hope not long because I turned in my 30 day notice earlier this month.

    @cstar89 @anxiouslywaiting19 I’m praying for you both. You both are really close. Keep being a polite pest and advocate for yourselves. The end game is always the most challenging but you both will get there. You both have come too far.

    I know not everyone has this ability but are you able to rescind your 30 day notice just in case? Hopefully you won’t need to. The first house I ever bought about I signed a short term 6 month lease on my apartment knowing I would be buying a house and I closed with 2 months left on the lease leaving me the full 2 months to move out and move in…again I know everyone can’t do this. It’s just peace of mind.

    Thank you for the prayers and reassurance. It’s the not knowing that drives me crazy.

    How did you get them to escalate your case? I don’t think mine is.

    @star89

    I just received my final clear to close. Did you call today?

    @anxiouslywaiting19 I called mortgage processing (again) got through to a nice rep…he was shocked that we still haven’t received an update. He provided the contact information for one of the local directors. I sent him an email, hopefully that gets us somewhere. My file was conditionally approved the same day as yours so I cant help but think someone dropped the ball. I am yet to receive a closing disclosure.

    It’s Thursday. I feel like I can finally breathe.

    Once you get your disclosure everything happens very quickly. You’re next!!!!!

    @cstar89 When where you conditionally approved? Im trying to estimate a timeline so I know how long of an extension I need.

    @tricey718 I was conditionally approved 11/22 (same as @anxiouslyawaiting19) so I don’t think you can gauge it based on anyone else….. another member (@peapod0609 I believe) was closed in 30 days……

    Don’t measure on anyone elses time-frame or you will go crazy unfortunately

    I have no idea how BOA processes work or what their internal timelines are
