Go to the office and ask to speak to your MC

    Hello PackedAndReady,

Hopefully you have seen the request that was made by the underwriter on the 9th. Please e-mail me with an update on how you are progressing with that request.

    Thanks!

Are we able to view responses from underwriting in our webfiles or do we have to wait for our MC to relay the messages to us? I’m not exactly sure how the web file works, mine hasn’t changed since my initial in-take meeting. Should I be checking it for updates, or just wait for my MC to contact me?

    Hello soanxious,

Regardless of the status, everyone should check their NACA files routinely since that is where all information will be posted. The ability to see the latest information in your file is the reason we created the web-file system and encourage members to check regularly.

    Thanks!

I check it constantly but it hasn’t changed since day one… Maybe I’m not looking in the right area… But I don’t see anything in there… No updates at all…

    Hello all,

There is nothing in your NACA file that we can see that you can’t all communications, narratives and comments are aviliable. Section D of your NACA file has the communications log that shows all communication to and from the servicer.

I don’t have sections D,E, or F visible in my webfile, I have tried to contact IT to determine why I can’t see these sections but the line is always busy! Can you assist please?

Sorry, but don’t get to excited. It has been 4 months, 2 months with the underwriters. The underwriters find a way to eliminate you. For us today it was “You must send the documents in by June 4″….knowing that is impossible.

I am beyond frustrated, I’ve been telling people for months that I can’t see ANYTHING in my web file, and no one seems to believe me! Not sure what else to do at this point! Cant ever reach IT, i’ve emailed the webmaster email… and nothing! How do I actively stay on top of my situation if I can’t view anything? My MC is pretty much MIA, she’s a wonderful person when I can reach her, but she is always traveling for the Save the Dream tours… I am in tears over here!

As I stated in another post on here today, the webfile doesn’t have the updates you’re looking for, and it won’t until after bank application! It is absolutely worthless while you’re in underwriting.

I don’t know if they don’t want you to see the communications or what the deal is, but you’re not the only one who can’t see it. They don’t seem to want to acknowledge it.

Hi Jack, yes I’m finding that I am NOT alone in this issue. It just baffles me that no matter who you speak to, they refer you to a web file that shows you nothing (until you make it to a certain point in the process, I guess). I was advised by Tim that I had updates from underwriting in file, I have no way of viewing this correspondence, my MC is in Florida, and member services told me flat out that they couldn’t help me because he himself didn’t “understand” the message from the underwriter! WOW!!! Brick Wall!

I am in the same situation, I can’t see the narratives on file. I was told once by Mr. Trumble to check the narratives since the UW had returned my file with some conditions. However, my web-file has sections A,B,C,G,and H only, there are no sections D E or F. I have to wait for my MC to check my file and let me know when there is a list conditions. Last time, I found out about the condions through Mr. Trumble, and then I e-mailed my MC so he could check my file. I am guessing that the only way to know if there are any conditons is to wait to hear from MC or to ask Mr. Trumble. :)Good luck to everyone!!

Counselor change this week. So close to getting NACA qualified that all we need is the returned VOE for my other half. Thinking good thoughts that our MC change will allow us to shift into second gear and get this process rolling! Hopefully no more delays because we are…PackedAndReady

I am sorry that NACA has scammed you as they have scammed me. They qualified me and I found a place and went into escrow. I put a deposit, paid for inspections, and followed the qualification letter requirements. After having to extend the initial escrow waiting for a response from NACA underwriting, they declined me. They caused me to lose my earnest money deposit not to mention all the money I spent for inspections. My approval letter says to save $80 which is the payment shock since I was already paying $2100 in rent. The reason they gave me for the decline was that I didn’t save $800 a month. I was never told to save $800 a month so I guess they just made that up. IT’s very disappointing. I just hope that others don’t suffer the same fate I have.
