ParticipantHey all,
I’ve been watching and reading the posts for some time now. I’m quite inspired by everybody’s post and was kind of scared to post because I’m not as far in my process as most are. I’m still trying to get qualified. I had a change of MCs in between my first appointment and second. My file was submitted to UW for the first time on 11/12 and I received conditions on 11/22. I immediately responded within an hour addressing my conditions but my MC didn’t resubmit my file until 11/27. I checked my web-file today before noon and it said Not Qualified-Conditions but no conditions were listed so I’m confused. I didn’t get a notification as I had previously. My MC said the underwriter was still processing my file and I would receive those conditions today. I’m just wondering when should I expect to get the conditions cause it’s 8 pm now and I didn’t receive a notification that my status changed this time. Has anybody had this issue or does anyone have any insight?

MemberReach out to your MC via email or call member services. Do not call your MC directly.
Being qualified without conditions is extremely rare so I would not worry. Your MC should not be sending your file for underwriting if they don’t feel you can qualify with the information you’ve provided. Chances are the underwriters want clarification whether it be a specific bank transaction or a LOE. They may want December’s bank statements since you were submitted in November along with your paystubs you’ve received since then.

MemberI am also Qualified – Conditions, with no conditions. My MC is not keeping me updated, but the last thing he said was that the UW was confused about something – so he can’t qualify me yet, but also doesn’t know what to ask for yet. In a way, it’s good, because it means your file is being looked at.

Participant@NelsonT thanks so much. I think you may be right because I have gotten my bank statements since I was submitted as well as new paystubs. I’m going to reach out to my MC via email this morning to get some insight.
@BakerTheBaker thank you as well. It does feel good to know that my file is being reviewed. I’m going to follow up to see if there is anything else they may need on my end.December 10, 2019 at 10:31 am #63025Peapod0609
MemberYeah all you can really do is try to get a hold of your MC at this point and ask for updates or try calling member services.

Participant@Peapod0609 Thank you! I emailed my MC and I’m just going to follow up with member services just to see. I want to know the conditions so I can get them resolved ASAP.

ParticipantHey everyone small update so member services advised me there are no new conditions and my file is still pending review. I’m not sure why my status changed but I guess I will continue to play the waiting game.

MemberDon’t worry so much about the status change. It is a manual process. Sometimes the person making the update is looking at the wrong member or clicks on the wrong status. Sometimes the status is updated as an internal note to whoever is looking at your file. I feel like the conditions you will receive are conditions that you will be able to take care of immediately and will allow you to get qualified in no time.

ParticipantThanks again @NelsonT
My MC emailed me and told me I did have three easy conditions to address on her end. She said she would send them this morning. I’m going to follow up again to remind her that way I can get them knocked out today. Wish me luck!

MemberGood luck @Jmcfall92! Hopefully the conditions are super quick to take care of and you get qualified soon. Honestly for me, getting qualified was the hardest part. Besides one bump in the road after making an offer, the NACA process was fairly easy for me.
