    So I reached out to my MC to understand the numbers, and she called me back very upset that I was questioning her. I’m just trying to understand, and possibly there is something I am missing. Really unsure what to think right now, I am just trying to have the right numbers.

    The best advice I can give is do what you feel most comfortable with.

    Have you tried going to a listing website and plugging in the numbers there? Like Redfin or Zillow. Use 0 Down payment.

    That is very odd, and it seems that your MC is a bit insecure.

    I would just do what you feel is right. Try to get the $19,000 towards interest buydown is my personal opinion. It will likely go towards that anyway.

    After reaching out to the amazing Latisha Geter, somehow my MC sent me the information with the money applied to the buy down directly. Many trials and tribulations with my MC but Iā€™m mostly focused on understanding the process

    @vonny2421 I have heard nothing but great things on this forum about Latisha Geter. Where does she work and what position is she now, I thought she got promoted or something?

    I am glad you got the numbers to make sense to you and your MC, again I think putting everything towards buydown that you can is a wise move in most cases.

    This just goes to show that sometimes you have to ask around and/or keep going up the ladder to get information sometimes. The MC’s work hard but are very overworked sometimes, and they don’t know everything.
