    Please help with this as i am sending emails to everyone and don’t want to get my file put to the bottom or on the back burner as i would love to know who i can contact or how i can contact them and try to get this process over with.

    I’m not sure I understand your question.

    It seems like you’re approved, but you have no one to contact?

    How would you know if you’re approved or not, if you haven’t spoken to anyone? Did it all of a sudden say ‘Qualified’ on your NACA page?

    My Naca Page has never changed or moved or done anything for me. I recieved a response from Tim the other day and nothing else at all from him stating that my MC just needed to do one correction and it looked like we were good to go. I just want to know the amount that i am approved for as i had my loan submitted to an underwriting exception desk.

    Hello breezeby,

    It appears that you may have unintentionally created some of your own communication problems. It appears that you may have sent so many messages that you triggered our spam filter, since I just found several messages from you in my spam file.

    Perhaps I should have been more specific than to use the term “good to go”, since it was not meant to indicated that you had been re-qualified, but rather that the adjustment had to be made before you could be submitted for the higher amount you had requested.

    Your MC reviewed your file this morning, and will have a response for you as soon as possible. Until then your patience is greatly appreciated.

    Is there a way to have a group of employees work on the loans or files that are just about approved or have a person that has time to commit to completing a file a providing full and complete updates and will let us know what their process is for where I am in this process?

    Is there anyone else that i can contact to work my file or give an update instead of requesting documents that are already in the file and going on three weeks now with no progress
