Second Voice Verification?

My manager just informed me that a SECOND VVOE just came through at my work. He told me they called last week as well. Is it normal to get two of these calls? Also does this mean I am close to finally closing? I got an initial closing disclosure uploaded to my web file with a closing date of 1/9/2020. The date it was uploaded was last 1/2/2020. Is there anyway this happens? I feel like I am so close but I am still in the dark as well.

I don’t know about the 2 calls but this is a good sign. You are close. Probably this week. 1/9 is doable…though don’t sweat…you may not find out until 1/7 or 1/8 that 1/9 is closing.

@firmeh89 A few weeks ago. Commitment Letter was uploaded on 12/24, The Appraisal was loaded 12/13 So before those two things If I remember right. I also had what is labeled “Initial Disclosure” uploaded to my web file. I searched up and down through the forums about a second verbal verification and saw nothing about it. It has probably been two week since they first called. Maybe 3 at most.

Wow that’s great! I signed my Bank app on December 10th and have yet to receive the initial closing disclosure. Your file must be in the right hands! Good luck

@nelsont I sure hope so! But the second verbal verification worries me.

I would not worry at all, I submitted some paperwork like 3 times because they asked for it 3 separate times, I’m sure they did not realize they made a VVOE and did it again.

You should be very close! Within an hour or two of our VVOE’s we had our CTC-Final status in our webfile.

@peapod0609 man I hope you are right!!! Our extension ends Friday…The document uploaded to my web file that says initial disclosure says we are supposed to close Thursday. Haven’t received any final disclosure in the mail yet. Also worries me….

You won’t. The Final CD is emailed from your naca lynx address. It will come as an attachment in your CTC email.

Your naca lynx email looks something like this email(yourNACAid)@nacalynx.com

You did and just were not aware. It is set up when you get your member ID assigned. “email[member ID]@nacalynx.com”

Any time you need to contact anyone during the process and any time you need to send documents it’s best to copy this address as well. The UW will sign into your account and send an email from that address.

@nelsont alright sounds good! Did I read somewhere on here that your lender status never changed? Mine is still at approved with conditions but things have been uploaded to my file, such as the appraisal, initial disclosure, etc
