    After going to the real estate agent’s training on Tuesday morning, we registered on the NACA website (Vendors -> Real Estate Agent) on Tuesday night to proceed. We are suppose to receive our IDs and passwords but to date (3 days later) we have yet to receive any emails. Please advise.

    Send a note to the Real Estate Department at RED@naca.com to inquire about your ID and password.

    Thanks Mr. Trumble. I sent my email to RED@naca.com but it bounced back. It does not appear to be a valid email address. Please advise.

    Mr. Trumble, can you verify the right email address? RED@naca.com is an invalid email. I tried sending to nacared@naca.com and it went through but I did not get any response.

    Yes, I got a reply from nacared@naca.com after a few days with a “common” password to register for it. I am a bit concern since all realtors use the same password and there is no way to change it and there is no feed back from naca to see if the registration is successful or not.

    By the way, RED@naca.com is an invalid email.

    I’m not sure that this is one situation I can be of much help on. Please try sending another message to nacared@naca.com asking them for verification. If that doesn’t work, email me and I’ll give you a phone number to call.

    Thanks Mr. Trumble for responding.

    After emailing nacared@naca.com several times to confirm the proper steps to change the password for real estate agents, the reply is to contact the webmaster at webmaster@naca.com to change my password. Security is a deep concern if a new password is transmitted via email. Also, this contradicts the info at:

    https://www.naca.com/nacaweb/partners/REAgent/overview.aspx?language=

    where it states that agents can change their password online.

    Hello ReadyToday,

    Unless you believe your email is being hacked, I don’t see why you are concerned about a new password being sent by email. The email iteslf make no reference to the word “password” and simply appears to be gibberish otherwise.

    You may want to pass your comment about the website saying something contradictory when you contact the webmaster.
