Post Closing

    I am going to close on Tuesday (I hope, I was supposed to close last Tuesday but it was delayed) and I was wondering what is required of the member after they sign. I know we must participate, but as far as uploading documents do I have to keep uploading paystubs and bank statements? I am also rolling HAND into the loan if that changes anything.

    Once you close on your home, the process is over. No need to submit any more paystubs, bank statements and so on. It’s all between you and the HAND department to get the repairs and renovations completed, and that’s it.
