Yesterday my lender status was pending suspended, today it says pending decline with the same condition which is to have the seller agree to drop the price $250 to match the appraisal. Any insight on why this went from suspended one day to decline today? My realtor sent the addendum to drop the price by $250 today to the sellers. There obviously going to sign it but we just haven’t gotten it back yet. Any insight will help
I wouldn’t worry about it. Suspend means they reached a stopping point. Decline means meet the condition or else. Why it was one and then the other is probably an internal thing and why it only took 1 day is also probably internal. But since you are going to meet the condition it won’t matter.
