I just received a message that the (888) 495-6222 “office” is closed even though I am calling during business hours 7:15 pm cst????
My web file says that my file is complete and that the UW has all the documents. My action plan still says that the servicer requires a quit claim deed. B of A just called to tell me that what they need is a registered copy of the quit claim deed. I had apparently uploaded the wrong copy. So how do I know what is going on?
The number dialed is our missed appointment line, and should not be used unless you have a scheduled telephone appoinment and the call has still not come 90 minutes after the schedule dppointment time. Why you got the message you did I cannot explain.
