@peappd0609, I was just about to tell you that I went backwards for 2-3 days until I got UW CTC, then 1 day later the final for a closing the following day. So glad to hear we all got moving at the same time.

My wife’s company got a voicemail from last night to verify her employment so I guess they are getting right on those verbal VOE’s!

Peapod0609Hello all, we got our final CTC today! This is so exciting, still trying to figure out the closing date but we are aiming for 11/12 or 11/18, not sure how that’s gonna go down just yet. Trying to nail that down with the closing coordinator.

We still have no update our sellers sent us a message that they will relist the property if they don’t receive an update on a closing date by tomorrow. I contacted everyone possible today and escalation just told us that they moved us to the top of the escalation list for review at BOA. Really hoping we get closing date tomorrow otherwise we will lose this house.

Tara585 @Peapod0609 Im so very happy for you!! Yes Yes Yes!! I havent heard from a closing coordinator or anyone for that matter regarsing my closing. Havent received any documents yet either. Im really ready to get my keys. Would love to know what happens next. I was so excited to get the email regarding my Final-CTC but then all I get is radio silence. I love to hear when you guys get your CTC and then the next day you have your keys!
Once you got the keys innhand, what was the first thing you plan to do. Let’s hear it guys!

I don’t have my final closing disclosure yet, we wanted to close 11/12 but our closing coordinator said earliest we can close is 11/18 but once we get the disclosure we can try to push the date up.
Tara585@Peapod0609 I got my CD today. It gave an amount of cash due at closing but I’m confused why I’m bringing more than my loan estimate. I don’t understand how they come up with th was numbers. I’m really bad with numbers so hopefully it will make sense to me before th e 18th. I’m praying they hurry up and get the CD to you ASAP.
