    @Nacaway I am ecstatic for you. You will be busy and getting your new home ready for Christmas. I feel like I am light years away. Home is supposed to be ready by the end of the month and I have learned through it all to trust God and be patient. Stay tuned….

    @Tara585,
    Do you mind me asking what violations?
    Did the seller know about these? I would think the seller would have known about them. Who discovered them so late in your process? I hope everything works out for you.

    I know through my experience if you get a seller that is a DIYer there could be many violations the seller was not aware of. I also had to exit out of my first naca contract because the contractor who flipped the house hired help that never worked before. The home inspector pointed out state and county violations that the county was not aware of until I went through the HAND approval process and was asked to verify…they said they have no record and the property was clean. They also were unaware it had been completely gutted and renovated. LOL

    @Viperml, not at all. The violations were from years ago when the property was a rental. They were corrected but never re-inspected. Then their was an issue with the C of O which was not actually needed anymore since it was now going to be owner-occupied. Everything is worked out now Im just waiting for I guess getting paperwork completed. On the 4th it will be one month since is received my final-CTC. Everything was going super fast and super smooth, I knew something was going to come up to since everything so going too perfect! LOL.

    @Tara585,
    Have you been continuing to update your documents? Since it has taken time NACA and BofA might ask for some things to be updated. I hope you get your keys soon.

    I dont remember all who are waiting on BOA but check your webfile I just got my conditions. I submitted my bank application on 11/15.

    I also just reached Mortgage Processing on the first try. I couldnt see my conditions but he informed me underwriter has to review and release them to me.

    Good luck to all
