    Hey All,

    Just saw an amazing home that I wanted to put an offer in and my realtor is asking for the Property Specific Letter typically obtained on the NACA website. I have done it plenty of times before, but yesterday after logging in, the website has a new look that is forcing me to go through ‘Counseling Session Intake’ again. I have been at the ‘Home Search’ stage for more than a month now and with it being the weekend, there is no reasonable expectation to get in contact with my MC or anyone at the office for any help.

    Anyone else having this issue when logging into their web profile of late?
