I am having problems too. Mine says to finish challenge questions , which I did, then I hit the save button. It then says SUCCESSFULLY update, close this screen and log in again, but it still doesn’t work.May I send you my naca ID number also Tim?

I am having issues logging into my online account with NACA, and the system has locked my account; It says that I entered the wrong answer to the security question, however I am certain that I did not. In addition the system has not been allowing me to upload files, as though I am using the wrong email address, and I only have one.
The fastest means of getting a new password is to use the “Live Chat” feature on the home page of the NACA website. Otherwise, you can email me your name, member ID and Forum screen name and I can issue you a temporary password as well.
