ParticipantCan someone please tell me how to retrieve my usser name and password. I’ve tried everything there is to do but the website in not working properly.
1) it does not recognize my e mail address !?
2) When I put in my account number as my log in user name as I have been doing all along, and I press recover e mail me my password, the bottun just disappears?!
Please help

ParticipantI am also having problems logging in. The ID and password worked earlier this morning but neither works now. Asked for password by email did not work now does not recognize my email. Please assist

ParticipantHello everyone, I also seem to be having some difficulties logging into my NACA web-portal. I’ve tried contacting memberservice@naca.com and calling the number provided, but seem to have no luck in reaching a representative. I have recently received a proposal from my servicer. I would greatly appreciate any help to solve my issue. Thank you very much!

ParticipantHello everyone, we are completely new to NACA and can not log in to our Webfile.
When I enter our NACA id# the screen just reloads and keeps processing. I never get to the screen asking for our password. I clicked on the button to change the password and was able to do that, but can get to the screen to enter it and access our Webfile.
Thanks.
We faxed several pages of documents yesterday, and I would like to see if everything arrived correctly. Our first counseling appt. is tomorrow.

ParticipantI am on my 3rd user name now to acces the NACA blog. still waiting for the e-mail with my new pass word to show up. I also can not access my NACA file. when I enter my user name and click continue the screen goes blank like it is going to next screen and then it asks for user name again. Is someone working on this already?

ParticipantI am also having log-in problems. I just received my NACA ID today. I have instructions to retrieve my password by going to the NACA website and clicking on “Membership Requirements” under the Member tab. However, there is no “Membership Requirements” option under the Member tab

ParticipantI am also having problems logging into my webfile. It states due to incomplete challenge questions it cannot state reset my password. None of this is true and cannot reset anything.

ParticipantI cannot reset a password. It tells me I am using the incorrect email address. Please help I have forms I need to retrieve and return quickly. Thank you.
