sweetlillyAttended the Facebook workshop this Saturday 5/2.
At the conclusion I received an auto generated NACA ID via email.
Any attempt to do a Web-File login using the ID comes back with a “The information you’ve entered is invalid”.
Is Member Services 425-602-6222 who I contact to resolve this issue?

Yes, NACA Member Services is exactly the place to go for help with your password and login. They are open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Time.

sweetlillyJust to circle back, I did get a chance to speak to a lady in Member Services and she was able to assist me resolve this issue.
So i am now able to access Web File.
Time to start uploading my docs.
