How is the market value determined for the rental units, is it the median rent for the neighborhood as can be found on realty sites?
Will I need to bring documentation citing market value in the neighborhood desired to the achieve the dream event?
So a 3 bedroom unit would be higher value than a 2bedroom unit… or is it calculated all the same?
We put in a great deal of research to determine market rents and it is already in our system. Quite a bit of it is done in conjunction with local realtors. No need to bring any documentation in that regard. We’ve got it covered.
