Thomasina729I just recieved a letter from BOA stating my conditions has to be complete by the 17th all conditions are done except the one where it says I have to let them know when the house is complete….my house isnt due to be done until the 31st ? Will I have to start over if it isnt done by the given date of the 17th?????
NelsontNo. The conditions under your control are what you need to worry about. Contact the mortgage processing department to make sure there isn’t something that was missed. Sometimes conditions are not for you. Boa might assign a condition to naca or to an internal department to follow up on something like the appraisal or the verification of employment. They will not and cannot dictate to the developer when to finish the. The developer on the other hand might want to dictate closing. Relax. You got this.
