    My client is on track to close on time next week. NACA has been able to pivot when necessary and it has been an overall pleasant experience. It certainly helps that my client is super organized and had totally educated herself on the NACA process prior to going looking for homes. I just had to give credit where it is due because I am impressed.

    Unfortunately, my client called me last night and told me that someone from the HAND department told her to have me request an extra week for closing.
