Hi what is the best way or what way has worked well for you all to document rent and Payroll on each bank statement?
Is adding notes & highlighting electronically on the pdf the way to go?

As long as the designation is clear, legible and does not redact any information, it doesn’t really matter whether it’s handwritten on the statement or notated electronically.
