    Hello Kenza,

    Please send me your name, NACA ID number and forum screen name and I will send you a temporary password which should unlock the file and restore your access.

    Mr. Trumble,

    I just sent you an email. But, just in case anyone else is experiencing the same issues.

    I go to log into my webfile, however, there is no place for me to enter my password. So, I hit continue, after I enter my member number. It tells me the password is invalid, well yeah, of course it is, there was no where to enter. So, I attempt to reset the password, it then tells me “You did not answer the security questions.” Uhm, there were no security questions prompted to answer.

    Please help.


    Anyone else having this issue??? I need to be able to log in to my webfile, to pay the annual fee… But, seeing as there is no place to put a password, it is obviously not letting me log in…. I have an appointment next week, and need to be able to pay this.


    Oh, I should add, that the second page to where to input the password is not coming up, and I do not have popups blocked.


    Hi Mandi, I’m also having this problem now. I also need to pay my fees, but can’t log in. Apparently, the system wants me to answer some security questions, which I dont remember setting up… but if I did, I’m answering the questions correctly and I still can’t get passed them. Now, my account is locked and I’ve called member services and of course I can’t get anyone on the line.
