When I attempted to pay my dues online, it would only allow me to select the membership dues AND credit report option, so I had to do both eventhough all I was trying to do was pay my dues. UGH! That was on 12/27 and although it shows payment on my NACA account, the funds still have not come out of my checking account. #frustrating
Great! The drop down does have a membership dues only option but it doesn’t align with credit report drop down option so you have no choice but to select both…oh well. I’ll know next time…Funny when we want to do right and pay stuff on time, the system won’t let us be great…lol
I am not sure, I don’t think mine was processed yet either. But when I had to pay for the credit reports and stuff before closing, it took them WEEKS to cash the checks both times. It is ridiculous, I have no idea why it takes so long.
