My HC has submitted my documents to the underwriting department and I received a notification that I was NOT QUALIFIED due to CONDITIONS ON FILE. When I log in to my web-file and click on CONDITIONS FOR QUALIFICATIONS, the only thing that comes up is a page with the heading: QUALIFICATION CONDITIONS but nothing is listed. Has this happened to anyone else and how did you resolve the issue without having to wait for HC to respond or your next follow up appointment? I would like to address these conditions ASAP so I can have my file resubmitted without having to delay the process for another two months.
Conditions you are not able to see are almost certainly ones that do no require your involvement to resolve, but are instead “internal” condition that your counselor will take care of. Contact a National Service Representative at 425-602-6222, option 7, for clarification.
My HC always has to look into it for me and tell me what needs to be addressed. I keep complying but I’m not understanding what else could be needed. This is the 4th time I’m NOT QUALIFIED.
I also looked at your response to other members who have had the same issue. I do use Internet Explorer as well but I’m just not seeing it.
I don’t know if you have the time but if possible can you look into my file and see if there is anything that can be done. I would love to be able to get access to my conditions and work on it rather than wait for my busy HC to look into it.
