I need any and all advice you might be able to provide. My home was foreclosed on 2/19/13; and while I have an attorney working on my behalf, I am not sure he is doing everything possible for me. I feel that this was a wrongful foreclosure and am wondering if this is something your office might handle; and if not, can you point me in the right direction. I am really running out of time to get this rescinded and need immediate help and guidance. I live in St Louis County, Missouri. Thanking you in advance for your prompt assistance to this request.

    Hello linmang423,

Once the home has been foreclosed upon, and especially if you have evidence that it was wrongful, then legal channels are definitely your best route for trying to save your home.

(Not to split hairs or be negative, but everyone who is foreclosed upon “feels” it was wrongful, and NACA has been advocating for a foreclosure moratorium for the last five years. The question will be what proof do you have that the foreclosure was improperly done.)

I wish you the best in your fight to save your home.
