It ask for 3 months worth of bank statements, I’ve entered in 6 month and it still won’t say DONE!! How do I get past this? I’ve upload ALL my documents and it won’t let me get an appointment!
Hello YolandaMc,
Unfortunately, the only answer I can give you is that there has to be something you have overlooked. Please call NACA Member Services at 425-602-6222 so a representative can go over things with you to hopefully locate and fix the problem.

Hi Tim,
Thank you for creating and facilitating this forum.
I’ve signed up for the ATD virtual tour and believe I am ready. However, in reading everyone comment on rental verification, I notice my MC didn’t sent verification to my current leasing company. I am sure of this because at my first meeting, my MC did not ask for my rental companies information. I’ve completed the rental verification page from the workbook. What more can I do to put me in a good place for being approved at this event Thursday, May 14th?
I am Having the same problem, i have entered everything! went through it at least 10 times and can not get the dependents or pay-stubs to say done. I have added and deleted and added again everything but nothing changes
Just continue to upload documents and sign up for the next ATD event and also call member services to reach out to counselor. I had this same issue since Feb 2020 so I believe your fine. Hopeful thinking :).
Hello Jaquea,
As a backup, you may email your documents directly to your file. Make sure they are in PDF format and attach them to an email. The email should not be more than 10mb in size, so use multiple emails if needed.
Send the email to emailXXXXXXX@nacalynx.com (the X’s represent your NACA ID number). This will get the documents in your file in a format your counselor can work with just in case the uploaded versions somehow did not make it.
