    Good Morning

    I am in the middle of a renovation and my contractor has refused to do anymore work as it has been almost 30 days since the last inspection and partial lien waiver was submitted. I have been unable to reach my counselor in reference to the matter. Now my contract has expired, I have work remaining to be done and fear that I have lost the opportunity to be reimbursed for my appliances that I was informed that can only be approved if the project was completed on time.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction to escalate this problem

    In the subject line include your ✔️ NACA ID#
    In the body of the email:
    ✔️ request for a follow up,
    ✔️the issue,
    ✔️other pertinent details related to your file.
