Hi Everyone,
I’ve been trying since October of 2021 to get proof of payments so that I can file a complaint against the contractor that did work in my home, I’ve been unsuccessful. Roxanne over in the hand department has stop replying to my emails and I’m at a dead end. Should I contact the bank directly? I thought it would be in my file already but apparently it’s not.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
Hello Lhermons,
I managed to locate your file and see that the HAND department has in fact provided you with the information you requested since your original post. Additionally, the HAND department director has been made aware of your situation.
We’re sorry if the contractor performed substandard work. All NACA authorized contractors are required to be properly licensed and carry appropriate business insurance before they are NACA authorized. Please continue to work with the HAND department to seek resolution from the contractor.

Hi Tim,
That requested information still hasn’t been emailed to me. Roxanna said she sent but as of today I still don’t have it.
