I got a status update Underwriting CTC

The moment I get the CTC final I’m requesting the day off. Hopefully Friday or Monday.

@newyorkspirit I didn’t get the CTC, didn’t get the initial disclosure, and my status is still Approved-Outstanding conditions (with no conditions)

@Nelsont I guess the only uncertainty I have is the verbal verification of employment, I’m at work now so that isn’t the issue but I work for a large company we have nearly 30k associates…where do these verification requests go? I also work in HR so I can ask a few people but I know I had to pay for work number early in the process not sure if these two are related.

The only email I got today was sent in error, it was the one saying I had new conditions…

Large companies will often work with you. My former company had 10k employees and I was able to get someone in HR to give me a temporary sign-on so I wouldn’t have to pay for worknumber.

Looks like everything is scheduled for Monday 12/23.

Everything happened so fast (once it started again), CD was issued 12/16, file was ACA sent to the bank 12/17, CTC pending verifications and then final CTC today 12/19.
