They give you a naca email address after your first meeting but how do I access that? Can I? I have emailed both my MC and the secretary from my private email and no one has responded so I was wondering if I was supposed to use the naca email
Always give your counselor at least one full business day to respond to an email. If you don’t see a response, call NACA Member Services at 425-602-6222 between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm Monday through Friday and they will send your counselor a message to get in touch with you.
Just for the sake of some extra clarity, sending anything to email(your naca id)@nacalynx.com will get it to your file, and all documents should be PDF attachments. Sending it to that address however will not bring it to the attention of your counselor. Many counselors suggest that you email documents to the address for your file and copy the counselor on the email.
Also, if you are looking for routine updates on your file such as file status or to confirm receipt of documents, calling Member Services is always better than trying to reach your counselor.
