    Hi everyone,
This is my 1st post as I begin my NACA journey, my intake session is at the end of this month. I am completing the Eligibility Questionnaire and my question is about: Have you directly or indirectly been obligated on any loan which resulted in foreclosure, transfer of title in lieu of foreclosure, or judgment?
I had a previous foreclosure over 20 years ago, so I should answer “yes” since there’s no timeframe included with the question?
Thanks for any assistance anyone is able to provide.

    Hello ggof3,

You should absolutely answer yes. The time frame is irrelevant for the purposes of the question. This is why, as you noted, there was no time limit in the question.

During the counseling process we will make sure that there are no lingering attachments, such as remaining balances, during the past two years. This is done to simply make sure that there are no nasty surprises down the road during the process.
