I was trying to find the member service email that we could use if we have issues with our files. I previously came across a thread where NACA customer service had came onto a member’s post and given their contact information for escalations and now I cant find it. I’m supposed to close today but that’s not happening and I haven’t been able to reach the mortgage department these past few days. All BOA requested for lender conditions was a LOX and HOI which they received about a week ago. I reached out to my MC as well about escalating the matter so we shall see. I know they’re backed up but geez.
