I had some questions about the credit access information requested.
Where do I obtain LUMP SUM TRANSACTION TEMPLATE?
EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT (EMD) – Wire to the Title Company TODAY. RECIEPT from the Title Company is Required NOW. (( what title company, realtor company said it had to be held in their offvid for five days legally. Plus we haven’t been given a title company detail.
What is the 4506-C form for?
What exactly is DECLARATION & PREMIUM pages within 7-days of P&S execution. Is this referring to the HOI?
Your MC should be able to provide the LOE needed for lump sum transactions. You can also find it on the NACA FB page. I would inquire about the NACA approved title company from your MC.
The form 4506-C is to allow BOA to obtain your tax return transcripts directly from the IRS and the declaration & premium page will be provided by whomever you select as your HOI provider.
