    Hello! I’m in need of some advice. What to do when your counselor seems to have gone M.I.A. In the beginning it would take her about a week or so to respond to my emails. It’s going on week 3 and nothing.
    I don’t bombard her with questions or unnecessary emails. Matter of fact I only email her once I’ve completed and uploaded everything in my action plan.
    At this point I’d just like to know if she’s getting my emails or if she’s still my counselor.


    I had to call member services twice to get a hold of mine. I was worried everything shut down but I was wrong. They have a huge work load which I understand but a quick email would be nice to know that they have you on their radar. Try calling member services.
