I received a condition stating they could not accept 2 out of my 3 alternative credits/payment history. All of my utilities are included in my current rent amount, so I have no utilities. Per NACA, if you don’t have utilities you can use, cell phone bills, car insurance, gym memberships, etc. Also per NACA, “NACA does not consider a lack of payment history to be a problem”.
I chose to use the only payment obligations I have; which was car insurance, monthly parking at my work and residence.
The condition stated they could not accept the car insurance or parking. Why not? I can’t create bills I don’t have. @ttrumble please advise. Thank you!
Thank you, @Dee. I currently reside in a condo and everything is included in my rent price including wifi, cable, and all household utilities. I can’t use my cell phone bill because boost mobile isn’t considered a “contracted phone plan”. Can I use Netflix or any other streaming service?
