    We are suppose to close tomorrow and feel we have been ghosted once again. Seller said no more extensions.
    Not received a Closing statement nor has title been given information.
    Landlord will not extend rental another month.
    All we get is call the number but no one answers, responds to voice mails or emails.
    This is suppose to be an exciting time …making a dream come true buy it is not….can’t sleep…worried sick!

    I am very glad to see NACA being proactive in dealing with the communication issue that is often a problem with the program.

    Solve that, and the program is unbelievable! The mortgage product is already excellent so if they can nail down the other stuff, that’s great to see.
