Have you tried calling the mortgage processing department? It is different from member services. They can sometimes see what the blank conditions are. Also if you were not made aware of anything there’s a possibility the conditions are not really conditions and they are not for you. Potentially just paperwork for naca/boa to finish up.
@HaulinCubes91 Yes same! I attribute the forum and others sharing their experiences on what kept me going even though at one point I wanted to quit having going through 4 different MCs, and not because I requested it, but the MCs were quitting and overwhelmed. It created delay but eventually I got to this point and it feels great!
Like my friend @NelsonT said to me, you will be a homeowner soon, dont worry.
@NiquaK2020 I was without new conditions for about a week and a half, though my naca webfile has been stuck at intake preparation since credit access so I never go by that. They were trying to even close earlier because I had no conditions that’s why I was so confused with the delay with the final ctc, but thankfully it came a day before my original closing date.
That said not sure I’m going to actually schedule to close today unfortunately. The cc told me it can take a while for the lender to get everything prepared and closing may not can be rushed for today. Im waiting to hear back from her after she speaks with the lender. Either way it’s a relief to have the final ctc.
