Can't See Uploaded Documents

    I just created my profile and uploaded my tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, etc. Is there a place where I can see if the documents have been successfully uploaded? On the document/submission page, I only see a list of 5 documents that list the date the documents were uploaded. I didn’t see the document names, file size, etc I also uploaded way more than 5 documents. Does each required document need to be uploaded together? For example, I uploaded each of my individual 12 bank statements instead. Will that work or do they need to be saved as one document?

    I originally uploaded my docs as sets of 12 in one file and I think my MC had to scan them individually.

    I keep a spreadsheet of items and the last upload date, as well as a separate set of folders for all NACA submitted documents. I keep these out on Dropbox ( so I can access them at home, work or wherever I may need to.

    If you’re meeting your MC in person, get yourself a set of pocket folders (usually like 25 cents each at Staples), one for each type of document (bank statement, paystub, etc) and print everything you submit as well. If you’re going in with someone else (spouse, life partner, etc.) get another set for their stuff. Yes you’ll be carrying a pile of folders to your meeting but you’ll have just about anything they could ask for.
