I last heard from my mortgage counselor on the 19th of March. During our conversation I was informed by my counselor that she would be forwarding my file to the underwriter. I emailed my counselor four (4) times after that (no reply.
I contacted member services who cc’d me on the email to my counselor and suggested that she reach out to me (this was the 7th of April) still no reply.
Not only am I worried/concerned about my counselor my case is at a standstill. Did my counselor forward my file? What’s my next step. Can someone please help me out. I’m stressing out and I’m concerned about my mortgage counselor.

Hi TTrumble,
I reached out to member services they sent an email to my MC along with CCing me on the email. My MC contacted me almost a week later, she asked me for three items which I provided her with. My MC then stated that she was going to send my file once again to the underwriter. Here we are in a new week seven days has passed nothing from the underwriter or my MC.
I’ve emailed and called my MC (no reply) I’ve also reached out to member services too. Hopefully they can provide me with some information. I don’t like this lack of communication.
My MC and I don’t have a session scheduled, what am I suppose to do? How long am I suppose to sit twitterling my fingers?
