    Hi, I am one frustrated person. Don’t get me wrong Naca seems like a great program but I can’t get through to anyone to help me. I made an appointment for December 4th 2012 at 12:00 p.m. I was home and waited for the phone call. No one called so I tried to call back, after many attempts I was able to finally get put on hold starting at caller number 30 I waited for 3 1/2 hours to become caller number 4 when Naca dropped my call. I then tried to call back and the message said Naca was closed. I then made another appointment for today and Naca called at 6:00 a.m. I was caller number 4 we waited and when the counselor came on she got our information and the call went silent again. She did not say please hold and since my phone showed I was still on the call I assumed she put me on hold. I waited for 20 minutes and realized the call was dropped. Since then I have been trying for two hours to call back and I keep getting the message that “there are too many callers please try again at a later time”. Can some one please help or tell me what to do?

    I am also frustrated. My MC will nor respond to any of my email and have one thing on my task list to complete. I was told the best communication with him was by email.

    I had my first apt with my counselor and now I can’t reach him. He was supposed to Send me a detail checklist on things I need to do. He is no longer returning my calls or emails. I need that list so I can do my part. What to do?

    have a similar issue.

    Hello OliviaMartinez,

    Your best way to contact your counselor is always email. Plese continue to email your counselor and copy it to the local office manager and to service@naca.com .
